Danforth Welcomes Pizzazz Pottery

Danforth is excited to welcome Pizzazz Pottery to our family!

Pizzazz Pottery, formerly run by Caren Helm in Fairhaven, VT has been making beautiful, farmhouse-style pottery goods for area businesses and locals for decades. When Caren decided it was time to retire, she worked with Danforth to help make a new home for her designs, business, and some of her talented staff.

The transition is complete as of March 2024. Danforth is working to get the studio set up, and will continue servicing existing wholesale accounts while we get up and running. We also plan to continue the tradition of the Annual Ugly Pot sale, although the timing is yet to be determined.

The Danforth team, including our new-to-Danforth potters, is developing a selection of items to sell in our ten retail locations later in 2024. Stay tuned for more information!

The Danforth pottery studio is located on the Danforth campus at 52 Seymour Street, Middlebury. The studio is not currently open to the public.
