We will not give or sell confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services to the customer. Additionally, personal information will not be shared with third parties.
I insure every box to the full value of the contents.
This will allow me to expedite a claim if needed.
All pieces are guaranteed to arrive in excellent condition. If there is damage in shipment you will need to bring the entire box and contents to your nearest Post Office and fill out a claim. Ask for claim form number PS1000. The label on the box will have insurance, value and address information your post office will need. Your Post Office will verify the damage and will notify me to begin the replacement or refund process. I will then reship your order or credit your account. Please keep in mind that because these are each made by hand, size and colors will vary a little bit and shipping may take up to two weeks.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return it within 10 days of the purchase date for an exchange or a full refund of the product price. Simply e-mail me or give me a call (802-265-2145) so I can provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions. Your satisfaction is important to me and I will do everything I can to make it right.
If the pieces you order are not in stock I will e-mail you with the approximate delivery date. Keep in mind I make each and every piece, one at a time, by hand. There is no big warehouse full of pottery! Please be patience…good things take time. It will usually take two to four weeks if I do not have it in stock. However, if it is in stock I will ship it within two business days of receiving the order.
